Our service is completely confidential. Volunteers are available to receive telephone calls every evening from 7.00 pm until 10.00 pm. Callers who leave messages on our answerphone at other times will be contacted that evening by a Thanet O.W.L.S. volunteer.

We are pleased to listen to any kind of worry or problem and never consider any anxiety too large or too small, complicated or trivial.

Our service is entirely voluntary and financed by local donations and fundraising events. Thanet O.W.L.S. is based in Thanet to serve the people of Thanet; our volunteers are "ordinary" people who realise that, sometimes, it may appear that "nobody listens".......we do!

In agreement with our Confidentiality Policy, Thanet O.W.L.S. do not record or receive any details or statistics about visits to this web-site.
