About Our Logo

Our logo, which was designed by one of our volunteers, depicts one person walking alongside another, this signifies empathy; getting beside another person in their pain and walking under their cloud with them.

Notice that they are not touching each other, the person with their head down is free to walk away at any time. Our callers contact us on their own terms as and when they wish, no appointments are required and we make no demands of them.

The person on the right is looking at the person on the left listening and giving full attention.

If the person on the left lifted his/her head he or she would be of the same height, this is meant to show equality and our policy of being non judgemental.

Lastly note that they both are faceless - depicting the confidentiality of both volunteer and caller.
